Richard and his team were absolutely fantastic with our house build, I was sceptical initially as we have been mislead by previous builders but Richard visited our property a number of times prior to building work commencing and talked us through the plans.. as a family with a baby we were living in the property, Richard made sure he kept us updated and secured the property with no disruptiion. We converted a single story to a double and built outback around 6m x 12m. His team are hard workers each day and everyday was progress! We highly highly recommend Richard for any build work!!! Richard was punctual, friendly and reliable. He was trustworthy and did everything that was asked including removing walls and rebuilding them, replacing doors and all windows, he had skilled workmen who plastered and bricklayers that he worked with. He used trusted electricians and other trades. Richard installed a beautiful bathroom and kitchen. He laid flooring throughout the bungalow. I am extremely satisfied with the service and standard of care that I have received.

Richard was fantastic through out the process. Always on the end of the phone when we needed him. Like any large project, aspects changed during the build but Richard took it all in his stride. Couldn't recommend him more to anyone looking for a quality builder.

We recently used Richard Sanders Home Improvements to complete a full width double height extension at the rear of our properly. Even though Richard lived over 90 minutes away, he was always on site bright and early and worked non stop all day.

I have used Richard on many occasions to do different types of work. His approach is always methodical and thorough. His professionalism and workmanship cannot be faulted and he will not leave a job without the customer being 100% satisfied. The results are always above expectation. What more could you ask for!
